Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days once it leaves our distribution centre.

Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders can be shipped to a single residential or commercial address within Canada. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available at this time.

Online Returns & Exchanges

 

WIRELESSWAVE will provide a refund within 15 days or an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt if the manufacturer’s criteria is met. Some exceptions apply; please see below for details.

 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns if there are any signs of liquid or physical/customer induced damage.

Yes, you can return your online purchase to your local WIRELESSWAVE store. Please bring your original proof of purchase.

You will not be charged any fees for returning your purchase. If you choose to return your order through our Customer Service team, we will provide you with shipping instructions and a pre-printed shipping label.

Once the order has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once our distribution centre receives the item and processes your return. You will receive a confirmation email once the credit has been issued. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
If you are returning your purchase to a store, the credit will be issued once the return has been processed by our distribution centre. Credits cannot be issued in-store.

Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise in-store. Please note, gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
